WILLIAMSBURG - In the two years following the passage of Hurricane Katrina forced to abandon it, New Orleans, Jennifer Bacon often returned to the city to assist in the healing process.

This spring, Bacon traveled to New Orleans. But this time, she has about 20 classmates from the College of William and Mary’s Law School with her.
